How to Order a Custom Stainless Steel Fuel Tank

Step 1: Tell Us About Your Project
To get started, provide us with some basic information about your vehicle and fuel system, including:
- Vehicle year, make, and model
- General dimensions of your current fuel tank
- EFI or carbureted fuel system
- Engine horsepower
- Any custom chassis, suspension, or mounting modifications
With this information, we can provide a preliminary quote for your custom tank.
Step 2: Send Us Your Tank
If the preliminary quote works for you, we'll ask you to ship your existing fuel tank to us. This allows us to take precise measurements and create a CAD model for your new stainless steel tank.
Don't have an original tank? Contact us to discuss your project. Drawings, measurements, or a cardboard mockup may help us determine the best approach for your custom application.
Step 3: Review & Approve Your Drawing
Once we have the necessary measurements, we'll create a detailed CAD drawing of your custom tank.
A PDF drawing will be emailed to you for review and approval. This gives you the opportunity to verify the dimensions and details before production begins.
Step 4: Your Custom Tank Is Built
After your drawing has been approved, we'll begin manufacturing your custom stainless steel fuel tank.
Each tank is built with attention to fitment, quality, and durability to meet the requirements of your specific application.
